1. Registration Policy

1.1 All registrations are processed electronically through the official Mr-FE Academy website.

1.2 Course enrollment is strictly for individual use only (No group learning or institutional licensing).

1.3 Sharing your account, login credentials, or course materials with any other person, inside or outside the platform, is strictly prohibited.

1.4 Mr-FE Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request without stating reasons.

2. Course Access Duration

2.1 Course materials are accessible for 10 months from the date the subscription is activated, unless otherwise specified in the course details.

2.2 The subscription includes access to videos, notes, quizzes, and all digital resources related to the course.

Note: Access periods are fixed and cannot be paused or extended under any circumstances.

3. Payment Methods

4. Refund Policy

4.1 100% full refund is available if a cancellation request is made before the first login to the platform.

4.2 70% refund is available if the cancellation is requested within one week from the activation of course materials.

4.3 No refund will be granted after one week from the activation of course materials.

4.4 All refund requests are processed within 14 business days from the date of submission. Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Repeat Policy (Free Course Retake)

If a student does not pass the exam after completing the course, they are entitled to retake the same course one time only for free, under the following conditions:

6.1 All educational materials and resources (including videos, notes, recordings, online quizzes) are the exclusive property of Mr-FE Academy.

6.2 It is strictly forbidden to share, download, copy, distribute, or republish any part of these materials in any form.

6.3 Any violation of these terms will result in immediate cancellation of the subscription without any refund, and the platform reserves the right to take necessary legal action.

7. Subscription Pause or Suspension Policy

7.1 Mr-FE Academy does not allow pausing, freezing, or temporarily suspending any course subscription after activation for any reason.

7.2 Once your access to the course materials has started, the duration is continuous and cannot be postponed, paused, or extended for personal circumstances or requests.

7.3 All course access periods are fixed as per the stated policy and will not be adjusted or interrupted under any condition.

8. General Terms

8.1 Students are required to comply with all platform policies and administrative instructions.

8.2 Any violation gives the platform the right to cancel the subscription without prior notice.

8.3 Mr-FE Academy reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time.

8.4 Subscribers will be informed of any changes via email or through the website.
